ExperienceLab is a UK-based experience design research agency. We are passionate about technology, but happen to think people are the most important thing. As such we are all about making sure that people, processes and technology work in harmony. We began this journey over 40 years ago (when we were known as NPL and subsequently Serco Usability Services) and we continue to be fascinated by people and technology and are always learning.
